Biography

Performing Artist
I started performing at the age of 13 and, along with my brother (hilarious and talented performer Jason Tardy), apprenticed with professional juggler, vaudevillian, and comedian, Michael Miclon. During that time we also trained extensively at the Celebration Barn Theater with Mime Master Tony Montanaro (protégé of Marcel Marceau) as well as Broadway comedians, gold-medal jugglers, and Cirque du Soleil performers.
As a solo artist, and in collaboration with my brother, I toured the country for over 30 years at theaters, festivals, schools, cruise ships and everything in-between. Highlights include the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, Disney Cruise Lines, the Golden Phoenix Casino in Reno, Nevada, and – three times – at the White House in DC.
I have also made appearances on local and national television including David Letterman, CBS’s The Early Show, Inside Edition, and CBS Sunday Morning.
Musician
As well as performing on stage, I’ve also made my mark as an accomplished musician, creating upbeat, electronic music since 1998. Writing under the name “AudioBody“, I have sold thousands of albums, been featured in a number of international films, videos, commercials, and live performances. One of my songs was even featured in a video nominated for an Emmy Award.
Where am I now?
In late 2019, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Sadly, as I battled for my life, I was unable to perform my show for almost 5 years. After years of experimental treatments, and several very close calls, I have made miraculous strides to recovery. As of 2025, I am excited to say, I am now in full remission! Although I still struggle with lasting complications, I am grateful to be back on stage and performing once again! Using this experience as inspiration, I created a school program that teaches kids to never give up on their dreams!
If you’d like to read more about my journey through cancer you can read about it on my dark and humorous blog. Please note, my blog is very raw, honest, and NOT intended for children or the faint of heart.
